Show BRITMC SOCIETY ELECTS SECRETARY ; Frederick L. W. Bennett Succeeds P. J. Holden as Association Officer, Frederick Louis Ward Bennett, newspaper news-paper and insurance man, has been elected to succeed P. J. Holden as secretary sec-retary of the Britannic association. Mr. Bennett, whose home was at Southery, Norfolk, England, interviewed hundreds of wounded soldiers during the early part of the war and wrote up their experiences experi-ences for the British press. He left England, En-gland, after being rejected for military service, for Utah in 1916. Mr. Bennett was engaged in newspaper work in Salt Lake until last January, when he entered the insurance business. He has written several years on a variety va-riety of subjects, especially insurance ! and religion. t Following the change of officers, the Britannic association gave Mr. Holden a hearty vote of thanks for his work for the organization. |
