Bennett appointed a finance : committee, composed of F. S. Murphy, iv t A. Culbertson and M. J. Greenwood, a j special committee to pass upon emergency contracts and oilier war work was appointed, ap-pointed, consisting of C. YV. Nibley. S. Inch, Charles Barton, John F. Bennett and A. C. Kees. . The board was notified that there will be a special meeting of the Fourteenth district directors in Kansas City next Wednesday, and it was asked that either Mr. Bennett or Mr. Kees attend. A decision as to whether either will attend will be reached later. The committee of the board to handle steel and Iron matters has been enlarged to four members. It Is expected that an official who will have some important Information relative to steel and Iron war orders will be In Salt Lake within the next two or three days to consult with the local board officials relative to certain cer-tain classes of this work to be done by Utah firms. |
