Show ALL-STARS TO PLAY FAST UN BUNCH' Tho local baseball fans are waiting anxiously for the game tomorrow afternoon after-noon at Bonneville park, when the Wilson Wil-son Western Arms team will cross bats with a nicked team from the Commercial Commer-cial league. The ball magnates have been tryms hard to pet these teams together, to-gether, and they have at last succeeded in building up a strong apKiepcation from the Commercial league to fight it out against the Western Arms bovs who have been making a strong showing during dur-ing the lust few weeks. Walter McCredie, manager of the Pacific Pa-cific Coast league Bees, is with the Western West-ern Arms boys and will have much to do with their playing in future battles. Billy Orr will also be with the locals as long as he is in town. Van Meter and Done are selecting the all-star bunch from the Commercial league, and are out after the fastest youngsters that have been' plavlng this season. It is likely that Melius, Beck-stead Beck-stead Brown or Ewlng will be on the mound against the . Wilson boys, while Coleman or Green will twirl for the W estern Arms hoys. The game is to be played at Bonneville park at o o'clock tomorrow afternoon, and a large crowd is expected to turn out. |
