Show JAMES H. RILEY WILL HEAD BOARD Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, Jan. 1. Under the new law governing school elections James H. Riley, who was elected director from the First municipal ward to succeed Fred E. Williams, Wil-liams, will become president of the Ogden Og-den City board of education with its first meeting of the new year. Mr. Riley will succeed W. H. Williams, re-elected in the Second ward to succeed himself, and the reorganization of the board probably will take- place next Friday evening. This may be the only change on the board, J. W. Levedahl having been reelected re-elected in the Third ward and Wade M. Johnson in the Fifth ward. The question of whether H. H. Henderson will succeed himself In the Fourth ward or will be succeeded by Dr. Edward I. Rich may be determined in the supreme court of the state on Wednesday, when there will be a hearing In the mandamus proceedings instituted by Dr. Rich. |
