The board desires to show the commissioners com-missioners the need of making ceriain street improvements so as to render tha big institution more accessible. Paving of Ninth South from Eleventh to Thirteenth Thir-teenth Enst street is'tll that i'k necessary, neces-sary, in addition to improvements already al-ready authorized, to place the school in direct contact with the paved district The board hopes to convince the com- missioners of the need of the improvement, improve-ment, and for that reason they will be invited personally to visit tlio school grounds and sco "tho need of it.
