OCR Text	Show BUT ONE RECOURSE LEFT TO I. M. DYE Will Be Resentenced to Death by District Dis-trict Judge, and Pardon Board is Only Eefuge. Tdollus M. Dvo, convicted murderer of Joseph liainbow, will bo sontoucod to death again next Tuesday morning by Judgo l' C. Loofbourow of the district dis-trict court. Dyo'a long light has run to its end. so iar as tho courts aro concerned, and tho final act will be the passing or son-tcuco. son-tcuco. After that Dyo's only recourso will be tho stato board of pardons. The supremo court has denied him a now trial. Tho remittitur papers were handed down (from that court to tho trial court yesterday, tho thirty days for filing of a motion for rehearing on tho appeal having passed.
