DISCUSSES TREATY WITH EMBASSADOR WASHINGTON, March 7. Secretary Secreta-ry Bryan and Sir Cecil Spring-Rice, British embassador, discussed today do-tails do-tails of tho peace tronty similar to , tlioso which Mr. Bryan alrcadv has 1 signed with thirteen countries and to which Great Britain has assented in principle. The secretary announced that ho expected ex-pected soon to sign similar treaties with Argentina, Chile nnd Uruguay, j while Brazil also had begun discussion of details. The treaties provide for the 1 submission to au international com mis 1 sion of all questions which cannot bo : settled by ordinary diplomatic methods. meth-ods. Thirty-throo countries up to date have acceptod the treaties in principle. Nono of those signed has yet been approved ap-proved ty the senate.
