Now comes Joe Graves, a Chippewa of Walker, Minn. He has been signed by Connie Mack's scouts to pitch for the Atliletlcs next season. During the last two years he ha1 pitched sensationally for Walker and Brolnerd. Ho was a team-mate of Leslie Joseph Buah, the Athletics young star, In several professional games before the latter broke into the big leagues. |
