OCR Text	Show EX-BANK EXAMINER GUILTY OF LARCENY CQLUMBUS, O., Doc. 20. Clement S. Baxter, a former stato hank examiner, exam-iner, was found guilty of the larceny of $.1,140 of funds of the now defunct Columbus Savings and Trust bank, here today. Baxter was city treasurer of Lima. He became a bank examiner under tho recent administration of his brother, Frank Baxter, as state superintendent super-intendent of banks. The latter a few months ago was acguittcd of alleged wrongful uso of $3o,000 of the bank 's funds. Motion was entered for a now trial in tho case of Clement S. Baxter.
