Richard- , eon, brother-in-law of Detective Schultz, '. who formerly resided in this city. Tho I , killing -was flic outgrowth of the in- i fatuatiou of Mrs. Richardson nnd Halo , for each other. , Tho shooting of Hale by Richardson I was more than usually sensational.
