There are moro than 1500 stage hands employed on the stages In this city. At a meeting of tho union, sympathetic action on the part of musicians, engineers engi-neers and firemen was asked. In the event of a strike. There aro 500 engineers engi-neers and firemen, and more than 2000 musicians employed In seventy New York theaters. |
