Kincart, who pleaded guilty to subornation of perjury m connection with land frauds in Oro-gon, Oro-gon, woro today sentenced by Judge Hunt to servo terms of ono year each ot hard labor on McNeil's Island, Wash. ' Martin G- Hoge, who was convicted with Charles Nickell of tho same of-fonso. of-fonso. was sentenced to serve four months' imprisonment in the Multnomah Multno-mah county jail and pay a fine of $500. A slay of judgment was grantod in tho case of Nickell until August 6. Marie Ware-McKiuley entered a plea of n'ot guilty to the indictment charging' charg-ing' her jointly with State Senator Mays and others with conspiracy. Special Prosecutor Honey was today given an order forfeiting Horace G McKinlcy's bond in two cases, one upon which he was convicted and one pending, and bench warrants were issued is-sued for his arrost. George W. Hawk today gave Borne damaging testimony to tho defense in tho case on trial, in which Hamilton W. Hendricks is charged with subornation subor-nation of perjury. |
