A post-ofllco post-ofllco was established today at Leroy, Uintah county, Wyo., mid Charles C.' Richardson appointed postmaster. Annlo Palmer was today appointed postnmHlor at Farmlngton, Davis county, Utah. Bids for new postolflco buildings at Logan Lo-gan and Provo City, which wero authorized auth-orized at tho last session of Congress, will be opened In tho offlco of tho supervising su-pervising architect on August 8.
