Show How Not to Hurry. JC we want to gt-'t the habit of hurry out of our brainB we must cut ourselves off. patiently and kindly, froni the ut-mosphere ut-mosphere of hurry about us. The habit gets so strong a hold of the ncrvctf. and is impressed upon them so forcibly as a etcady tendency, that It can be detected de-tected by a close observer even in a person per-son who Is lying on a lounge In the full belief that he Is resting. It shows Itself It-self especially In the breathing. A wise athlete has said that our normal breathing breath-ing should consist of wlx breathe to ono minute, If the reader will try this rate of breathing, the olownens of It will surprise sur-prise him. Six breaths to ono mlnuto seems to make tho breathing unnecessarily unneces-sarily slow, and just double that seemn about the right number for ordlnury people, and the habit of bruathlng at this slower rate Is a great help, from a physical standpoint, toward erasing the tendency to hurry.
