Show State Meet Today hoping this meet goes as expected. ex-pected. Becky Bjorn and Carolyn Smith, two seniors at Bountiful, have finished first and second in every event this year including the top invita tions. Many feel these two will battle for the individual title. NEXT WEEK'S Clipper will have full coverage of the state event. By DAVE WIGHAM SUGARHOUSE PARK Today is the big day in the lives of the cross country runners throughout the state. This is their state meet. SEV ERAL LOCAL runners and teams are anxiously awaiting await-ing this meet. Viewmont Coach Lynn Dubois has a solid contender for both the individual and team titles in the boys event. Senior Alan Parker is one of three runners in the state who many point to as the top individuals. indi-viduals. Alan won the region meet a week ago in a fine tine and stands a great chance at winning.
