joseph V smith elder reed smoot of the apostle presidents david john and J B keeler 0 the stake presidency elder joseph F smith jr and the bishopric and ward authorities tho opening prayer was offered by president keeler president joseph F smith gjoke in high commendation 0 the energy and liberality of the people of the ward in building the beautiful house and urged that the people be encouraged to attend meetings and that children bo respected in their rights when attending houses of worship after speaking be offered the dedicatory prayer eldera E S hinckley and william B basset counselors to bishop moroni snow in the ward bishopric gave reports of the financial and other features connected with the building of the bouse which had become a necessity upon the creation of the new ward from a portion of the fourth ward the speakers praised the people for their faithfulness and liberality in this work especially wore tha meil bers of the relief society commended they had not only built a
