Food service sanitation hearing Dec. 10 On December 10th at 11 a.m. there will be a public hearing held at the Moonlake Electric Company Auditorium, 188 West 2nd North, Roosevelt for the purpose of airing proposed pro-posed Utah food service sanitation. The hearing is being conducted by the State Board of Health and the State Department of Health, Bureau of Sanitation. Among the issues to be discussed are: Food protection, storage, preparation, display and service, ser-vice, and transportation. The Code applies ap-plies to all public eating places including in-cluding school lunch rooms. The proposed regulations are available for public inspection at local health departments and county clerk offices. All persons interested in public food sanitation procedures are welcome to attend the hearing and express ex-press their views. To aid the recording of the statements, it. is requested that written copies be provided to the hearing hear-ing officer of all statements. Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation presenta-tion may present one in writing.
