Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications applica-tions have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Uintah County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-11018 (49-361) Jack W. Allison, P.O. Box 16, Bonanza, UT proposes to change the place of use 0.25 sec. ft. out of a total of 4.5 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by a portion of Water TTcprQ Plflim 49-100. The water has been diverted from the Green River, at a point N. 2110 ft. E. 730 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 5, T6S. R23E and used from Apr. 15 to Oct. 15 for stockwatering 120 cattle; and for the supplemental irrigation of 356.45 acs. in Sees. 1 & 12,T6S,R22E; Sees. 6 & 7, T6S, R23E. Hereafter, 0.25 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from same as heretofore; and used from Apr. 15 to Nov. 15 for stockwatering tn- ikn rigation of 10.0 acs. in SW'4NE'4 Sec' 7, T6S, R23E. 53915 ( 45-4496) Guv A. Pugmire, 2103 E. 3500 S., Vernal, UT 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 50-150 ft. deep, at a point N. 140 ft. E. 510 ft. from SU Cor. Sec. 6, T5S, R22E (l1. mi SE of Naples); and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family; and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation ir-rigation of 0.25 acs. in SW4SEl4 Sec. 6, T5S, R22E. Protests resisting the granting of this application applica-tion with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC, UT 84111, on or before Jan. 19, 1980.
