Show Residents to donate blood It's Bloodmobile time again. The Red Cross Blood-mobile Blood-mobile will be at the National Na-tional Guard Armory, Dec. 10, 1979, between 3 to 7 p.m. Blood program chairman, chair-man, Neil Deets, urges all healthy people to come down and donate a unit of blood. ' Blood supplies nationally national-ly and statewide are dangerously low at this time. During the last drawing in August, 120 volunteers reported and 111 units were obtained. During this past summer sum-mer a local resident was critically ill in a Salt Lake City hospital and required re-quired 50 units of blood during treatment. ' "This local example demonstrates the importance impor-tance of maintaining an active blood donor program pro-gram and an adequate inventory in-ventory of blood supply," Deets said. "Help this neighbor by participating in the blood drive on Dec. 10, v he concluded. con-cluded. ' |
