Christensen is home again after a months visit with her four children. She spent some time in Boise, Idaho, with her sons Boyd and Grant and their families. She visited in Rigby, Idaho with her daughter Janet and family, Mr. and Mrs. Raoel Clark; then stopped over in Bountiful with her daughter JoAnne's family, the M.K. Smiths. Mrs. Lavon Horrocks visited Saturday Satur-day in Salt Lake City with her husband who is in the LDS hospital where he recently underwent hip surgery. He is improving and expects to be able to come home this week. Mrs. Edwin L. (Delia) Westwood visited the past week in Spanish Fork and Salt Lake City with relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Orin Daley were in Rex-burg Rex-burg last weekend to visit their daughter Sherilyn and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Dee Orr, and to attend the funeral of their newborn twins. The babies, a boy and girl, were born prematurely and survivied only a day. Mr. George E. Johnstun returned home Monday after spending the Thanksgiving holiday in Bountiful at the home of his daughter Jean, the Kay Haws family. Mrs. Zelph Calder returned home Saturday after a 10-day visit with her daughter Alene's family, the Richard Hansens of Orem." Mrs. Leila Preece visited recently in Bountiful at the Gerald Langston home. Mrs. Langston is her daughter, Karma. |
