Show The Weather According to Harold Dillman, local weather observer, Mr. Weatherman has been much kinder to those living in this area ar-ea during the past week. Only Tuesday and Wednesday of this week has the mercury dropped below zero, with a low of 6 yesterday. The warmest day of the year was recorded a week ago today, when a high of 35 was recorded. And on Jan. 18 the mercury remained about 21, when .36 inches of precipitation was recorded, which was approximately ap-proximately 3 inches of new snow. A trace of snow fell again Sunday evening.
