Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-8761 (73-145) Alice Stucki, 412 W. 200 N., Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion of 15.60 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Underground Water Claim 17190. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 30 ft. and E. 1000 ft. from S'4 Cor. Sec. 34, T35S, R12W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, supplemental sup-plemental stockwatering of 2000 sheep, 6 horses, and 25 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.70 ac. in SW4SE14 Sec. 34, T35S, R12W. Hereafter, 15.60 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from two existing wells as follows: (1) 14-inch 14-inch well, 144 ft. deep at a point N. 140 ft. and E. 1020 ft. from SV4 Cor. Sec 34, T35S, R12W; (2) 12-inch 12-inch well, 389 ft. deep at a point N. 1130ft. and W. 60ft. 60 ft. from E'4 Cor. Sec; 10, T36S, R12W (6 mi. W Cedar City); and used same as heretofore. a-8767 (73-254) Elwin F. and Marva J. Armstrong, 16 N. 200 E., Cedar City, Utah 84720,proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 256.11 ac. ft. of water as evidence by Water User's Claims 73-254, 73-399, 73-400, 73-400, 73-401, 73-402. The water has been diverted from five springs at the following points: (1) S. 1240 ft. and E. 1865 ft. from NW Cor. ; (2) N. 1235 ft. and E. 1850 ft. ' from W'4 Cor. ; (3) N. 1120 ft. and E. 1830 ft. from W'4 Cor.; (4) N. 880 ft. and E. 1810 ft. from W'4 Cor; (5) N. 765 ft. and E. 1870 ft. from W4 Cor. all Sec. 7, T35S, i R10W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stock-watering stock-watering of 25 cattle, 16 horses, 1 250 sheep and 5 swine; and used 1 from Mar. 1 to Nov. 1 for the I supplemental irrigation of 213.50 !v I acs. but limited to the sole supply I I of 63.20 acs. in NE'4 Sec. 12, f f T35S, RllW; SW'4SWV4 Sec. 6; ' WV2NW4, NV2NW4, SEV4NW4 t Sec. 7, T35S, R10W; SEViSEVi I Sec. 1, T35S, RllW. Hereafter, 256.11 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from springs same as heretofore, and : j also from a 16-inch well, 400-500 " ft. deep at a point S. 2150 ft. and I E. 870 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 7, T35S, R10W, (near Enoch); and used for the supplemental stock-watering stock-watering of 25 cattle, 16 horses, 250 sheep and 5 swine; and used from Mar. 1 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 63.3825 acs. in SW'4SW'4 Sec 6; NW'4 Sec. 7, T35S, R10W. Protestrs resisting the granting gran-ting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before April 17, 1976.
