The forum is held each Tuesday noon at the LDS Institute, In-stitute, 650 West Center, in Cedar City. The public is invited to : attend. The speaker is a graduate of University of Utah in banking and finance. He has served as a ward clerk, filled various bishopric positions, taught genealogy, been a member of the Aaronic Priesthood Committee and he is ' now the Second Counselor in the Cedar West Stake Presidency. , He is married to the former LaRee Sargent of Cedar City.
