Show Festival of Arts , plans completed PAROWAN - A delightful Bicentennial Festival of Arts will be held in the basement of the Iron County Court house March 11 and 12, 13th, with the doors open to the public between the hours of 6:30 and 9:00 p.m. This festival will highlight the Heritage Arts this generation has for those who follow. There will be many items from the past generation also. Among the displays will be several inventions perfected in Parowan which have now been patented. Mrs. Frankie Lou Bentley has prepared a musical program to be presented each evening. Music is one of the fine arts passed down for generations in Parowan. Mr. Albert Orton has prepared some fine films of this area also to be . presented during the festival. Everyone is urged to join in the festival spirit and exhibit the family art treasures whether they be quilts, leather work, woodwork, handwork, painting, sculpting or any others. Please help to make this a successful venture. All exhibitors will be asked to pick up their treasures on Saturday evening beginning at 8 p.m. Everything must be cleared out that evening.
