Show CEDAR CITY SOCIAL SWING By Virginia Webster Mr. and Mrs. Arlo Larson entertained en-tertained several couples at a dinner party in tnoir home Saturday Satur-day night. Mr. and Mrs. Keith Averett, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Church, Mr. and Mrs. Van Esplin, Mr. anil Mrs. Harold Tnompson, Mr. and Mrs. Meade Forsyth and Mr! and Mrs. Robert Holmes were guests. They presented a house-warming house-warming gift to their host and hostess during dinner. Following the dinner guests enjoyed playing play-ing parlor games. Prizes were uwarued Mr. and Mrs. Forsyth. Visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Louis Webster this past week have been Mrs. Webster's sister, Mrs. Jim iieveridge and her neices, Margaret, Linda and Mrs. Phyllip HawKcs. Mrs. Bcveridge, who makes her home in Preston, Idaho, arrived with her daughter Margaret of Logan, on Thursday. Then Saturday, Mrs. Hawkes and her husband, along with Miss Linda Iieveridge of Logan, joined the other lamiiy members. Mrs. Jim Iieveridge, who is also visiting Willi Mrs. Jack Pace and family, remained for an extended visit aftter her daughters returned return-ed home Monday. Week end visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Hey borne have been Mrs. Heyborne's mother, mo-ther, Mrs. Pearl Neilsen, a sister, Mrs. Weldon Johnson and four children and a brother, Oral Nielsen Niel-sen of Salina and Gunnison, Utah. Pinochle club members met one evening last week at the home of Mrs. Kendall Nelson. Score prizes were presented Mrs. Richard Winterrose, Mrs. Gary Iverson and Mrs. Charles Amador. |
