Show Chamber Board Proposes Vote On Bylaws Change Board of Directors of the Cedar Ce-dar City Chamber of Commerce have proposed a change in the bylaws of that organization and have set a meeting for April 6 at which time the proposed change will be voted upon. According to Milt Jolley, executive exec-utive secretary, the proposed change would amend the bylaws to make the immediate past president a member of the board of directors for one year. He pointed out that under the present bylaws the president does not have the right to continue con-tinue on the board for the following follow-ing year unless he is re-elected to the position. The proposed amendment will be voted upon at a meeting to be held April 6 at 7 p. m. at the Sugar Loaf Cafe. |
