Show Gills' State Representatives Named Two young ladies, members of the junior class at the Parowan High School, were selected ' recently re-cently as. the school's representa-1 tives to the annual Girls' State, to be held on the campus of the Utah State University at Logan early in June. The selections were made by the high school faculty a week ago.' j The Girls' State delegates are Miss Georgia Rowley and Miss Darlene Hyatt. Miss Rowley is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George F. Rowley. She has been active in, dramatics and in the home mak-j ing department at the school. She served as co-chairman for this year's Junior Prom: ,' Miss Hyatt is a. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alma Hyatt. She is co-editor of the high school newspaper this year. Is active in dramatics and is an honor stu-j dent. At Girls' State, junior girls I in high school gather at USU where they receive a weeks training In leadership, citrzen-'i ship and government. I.
