Show NEWCASTLE The Basket Dance sponsored by the Sunday School Saturday j evening as a building fund pro-'ject pro-'ject was enjoyed by those pres-I pres-I ent. Although the crowd was small the sale of basket lunches lunch-es provided a fair sum to be applied to the building fund. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Forsyth returned re-turned home Sunday evening from a trip to San Francisco, where they went to get a new truck which Mr. Forsyth will use in his freighting. The third of three lovely new homes to be built in Newcastle I this winter Is now well under I way. All three homes re owned by the Hulet Brothers. Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Hulet moved into their home in October. Mr. and Mrs. Darwin Hulet expect to In in their home within the next few days. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Hulet plan to be in their home about April 1. Herman McCardy wso seems to be real successful as a cou-gar cou-gar hunter, killed another large one Saturday near Stateline. He has trained dogs which help in the hunt. I Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Hulet ! spent Wednesday afternon in Washington, Utah, visiting with the Peter Neilson family who were honoring Mr. Neilson on his 82nd birthday. Robert Reeve attended the Cub Scout Pack planning meeting held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Art Piper, Friday evening. Mary Tullis, Corrine Apple-gate Apple-gate and Evangeline Wurtz attended at-tended the Primary Leadership meeting in Panaca Saturday af-ternoon. |
