Show Penney Personnel Changes j Are Announced II. P. Andrus, manager of the Cedar City J. C. Tenney Company Com-pany Store, announces the appointment ap-pointment of new personnel lor the local store, three young men having been assigned to post-I post-I tions in the store. I Mr. Andrus announces the appointment ap-pointment of Jerald S. Pitt as assistant as-sistant manager to succeed Von Wayman who was recently promoted pro-moted to floor manager in the Englewood, Colo, store. Mr. Pitt comes to the local store highly recommended. Mr.i Andrus said. He received his training at Bountiful, Utah. He1 received his schooling at the Da-i Da-i vis High School and is a graduate grad-uate of the University of Utah. Mr. Pitt is married to the former for-mer Miss Carolyn Moon of Far-( mington, Utah. The Pitts have' two children, Jerolyn and Cath-' ryn. Mrs. Pitt and the children will join Mr. Pitt in Cedar City, next week. John R. Cushing, who will be in charge of Men's Furnishings, has recently returned from a Finnish and Western States Mission Mis-sion for the L D S Church. Prior to that he attended Brigham j Young University where he was' 'affiliated with Delta Sigma Pi.l national honorary businessmen's fraternity. Mr. Cushing was recently re-cently married to Miss Macol Mabey of Bountiful, Utah. Dick Dawn, who will supervise the shoe department, is a native of Washington. Utah. Dick graduated grad-uated from Dixie High School' last spring. While working in Ce-1 dar City he plans to continue his schooling at College of Southern Utah. He is married ti the former Miss Maxine Helm( formerly of St. George. "We are happy to announce the addition of these men to our staff." says Mr. Andrus.
