Show Giles Bolander Named President Of Cedar Rotary Club f ' $ ?y'T y v GILES BOLANDER In an election held by the Rotary Ro-tary Club of Cedar City at Its regular meeting Tuesday noon, Giles Bolander was named to succeed Dr. L. V. Broadbent as head of the civic organization. Bolander, owner and operator of the Bolander Barber Shop in Cedar City, has been a member of the Rotary Club for 10 years. During that time he has served two terms as vice president has been club secretary and-also ser-geant-at-arms. He is also active In the LDS Church, currently ser. vlng as bishop of the Cedar Eighth Ward. He will assume his responsibilities responsi-bilities as head of the organization organiza-tion at Installation ceremonies slated In June. Elected as vice presidents for the coming year, two named, were Dr. L, A. Harding and Paul R. Franke. Named as treasurer was Winston Win-ston Seegmiller. Sergeant-at-arms will be Dr. Joseph Flllerup and directors will be W. S. "Dub" Leigh and Glen Yergensen. Larry Leonard! was elected to succeed himself In the position of secretary. |
