Show News In Brief By Marileen Austin Kay Bowler from Salt Lake Is spending his two-week vacation with his eister and family Mr. and Mrs. Clayton A. Bracken. Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Fife have had two of their grandchildren staying with them for a few days. They are Sandra and Scott, daughter and son of Mr. and Mrs. Furl Fife of Las Vegas. Mrs. Edith Force came home from Ogden Tuesday where she had been staying with her son-in-law and daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Critchlow. Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Bracken and family and Mr. and Mrs. Austin Bracken and Mr. and Mrs. James T. Lehman enjoyed a wel-nle wel-nle roast last Saturday night in the sand dunes north of Ray Hunt's. Mr. and Mrs. John Lyons of Santa Monica were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Butler. The Lyons were on their way to Yellowstone Yel-lowstone Park where they will spent their vacation. Misses Carol and Nonya Ree Truman who have been staying here with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Force, returned to their horr in Ogden on Monday. Mon-day. Miss Evaii.ie Hunt, who has been staying with her brother and his family, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Rus-sell Hunt of Mesa, Ariz., has returned re-turned home. Guy Love of Nyssa, Ore., father fath-er of David Love, is spending the summer with David and his family. fam-ily. Also staying there on a vis-It vis-It are Mrs. Mary Rogers, Mrs. Love's mother, and Dale Dodge, i both from Los Angeles. I Mr. and Mrs. Bruno Blasl and family were up here on a business busi-ness and pleasure trip from their home in Bunkerville, Nev. Mrs. Doris Pederson was called away last week, to attend the funeral of her grandmother, Mrs. Ellen Blanchard, who lived In San Gabriel, Calif. Burial was In Los Angeles. Miss Lucille Hunt traveled to Ensenada, Mexico last week with her sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Ardelyan of Los Angeles. They enjoyed the bull fights in TlaJuana and then returned re-turned to Los Angeles and from there Lucille came on home. Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Bracken und family spent last Sunday In Callente, Nev., with Mrs. Bracken's Brack-en's sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Simkins. |
