Show Reception Honors Hokansons Newly married Mr. and Mrs. Donald Hokanson were honored I Saturday June 20 at an evening reception in the Cedar Stake House. The bride, the former Miss Barbara Heap, is a daughter of; Mr. and Mrs. Alden Heap. The1 brjdegroom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Ola Hokanson of Los An-i geles, Calif. Nuptial vows were spoke in the L D S Temple at Los Angeles, June 14 with President Benjamin A. Bowring officiating. For the wedding ceremony and reception the bride wore a gown styled of Imported lace over satin sa-tin wKh a mandarin neckline and a bouffant skirt. Her veil of silk illusion was caught to a petaled cap of tiny sequins and lace. I Attending the bride were Miss Launa Rae Heap, maid of honor, and Maradene Besendorfer, Mar-leen Mar-leen Jones and Carolyn Machen, bridesmaids. Petite Jillyn Leonard Leon-ard served as flower girl. Melvin Jones was best man and ushers were brothers of the bride, Donald and David Heap. , Mrs. Donald Mathews served as , hostess. In charge of the guest book was Elona Morris with Mrs. Virginia Vir-ginia Leonard, Elva Jane Robb, Patsy Bonzo, Nellene Parry and Marion Howes In the gift room. Pouring at a table beautifully . decorated with a floral bouquet , of roses harmonlnzing with the , floral arrangements adoring the ' room was Mrs. Frank J. Petty. A small replica of the Los Angeles , Temple topped the delicately decorated cake. During the evening musical selections se-lections at the piano wore offered offer-ed by Shirley Jones and Dianne Ashdown.
