Billy Rice Selected to Participate in Parade Billy Rice, popular and color ful twirler and drum major in Cedar City for the past several years, has been selected as an outstanding performer for the Indian In-dian Festivals at Flagstaff, Ariz, and will participate in the activities acti-vities throughout the festival. One of the highlight of his participation par-ticipation will be marching with an Indian band in the Independence Independ-ence Day parade at Flagstraff. In addittlon to acting as twirler twirl-er for the Cedar City Junior and senior high schools, Billy has also been active at the Phoenix, Ariz., Indian High School. Highlights High-lights of his performance in Arizona Ari-zona was acting as twirler at a University of Arizona football game. The local performer was selected select-ed for the appearance at the Indian In-dian Pow-Wow upon the recommendation recom-mendation of Bill Lester at the University of Arizona. a - t ' 0 M ) i ' !
