Show BLM Offers Public Domain at Auction Widely scattered tracts of land i n Garfield and Kane counties, varying ln size from 40 to 640 acres, are going to be offered for sale to the public by the U. S. Bureau of Land Management. A public auction has been scheduled sche-duled for February 3 at 1:00 p. m. ln Room 8218 of the Federal Building in Salt Lake City, at which time the seven tracts will be offered for sale. a D. Ntelson, BLM State Director Di-rector for Utah, said sealed bids may be submitted prior to 10 a. m., February 3. Oral bids may be made at the sale. Details concerning con-cerning the tracts and the sale may be obtained from the BLM land office manager, P. O. Box 11505, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111. One 40-acre tract with an appraised ap-praised valuation of $480 Is located lo-cated about six miles north of Pangtittch. Three tracts are within with-in a five-mile area east of Hatch: one has 80 acres appraised at $640, another hr 160 a -res appraised ap-praised at $1,920 and the third has 640 acres appraised at $9,600. A 40-acre tract appraised at $1,800 Is In Garfield County approximately ap-proximately midway between Hatch and Long Valley Junction. Still another tract In Garfield County, with 273.02 acres and appraised ap-praised at $3,300, Is about a mile south of Cannon ville. In Kane County one tract approximately ap-proximately five miles east of Long Valley Junction will be offered. of-fered. It has 40 acres and has been appraised at $240. |
