Show Services Held for Eldon Schow Bentley Funeral sprvitts wre hrld TustJay in Compton, Calif., for KUon Schow Bentley, 29, who tled in a Compton hospital Saturday, Sa-turday, December 16, of a kid-1 nry ailment. He was a former Odar City resident I He was born in Tiasdale, Wayne County, Llah, July 30, 1932, a son of Wilford and Velta Schow Bentley. He attended Wayne County and Cedar City ichonls. He was an athlete at Cedar City High School a nil also at College of Southern Utah, where he was a member of the Bronco football squad. He married Nina Lcanardl, Dec. 31, 1956 in Denver, Colo. The young man had bech cm-ployed cm-ployed in steel construction projects pro-jects on the West Cmst , at the Frenchman's Fit.! Proving Grounds in Nevada, at Denver, Colo., and Cape Canavarel, Fla. Surviving are his widow, Compton, Calif.; his father, Cedar Ce-dar City; one brother, Wendell Bentley, Kanab; and two sisters, Mrs. Vern (Corris) Mueller, Fairbanks, Alaska; and Mrs. Donovan (Lu Jean) Kearns, Salt Lake City. Burial was in Compton. |
