Show Former Residents Flock Home In Large Numbers "I'll be home for Christmas, you can plan on me," seems to bt- the theme of the many young people who have returned this week from their school activities to join. with family members in celebrating the coming holiday. Miss Cynthia Jones arrived from her teaching duties in California Cal-ifornia to spend the next few weeks with her parents, Mr. and iwrs. l.. m. jones ana otner members mem-bers of her family. Tommie and Karen Tompkins, son and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Tompkins, traveled from Mt. Pleasant last week end to participate in the Christmas festivities. fes-tivities. Also arriving from Wasatch Was-atch Academy in Mt. Pleasant were Douglas and Christine Lundgren, children of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Lundgren ,and Elizabeth Eliza-beth Parkinson, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. F. B. Parkinson. The Parkinsons also expect their daughter Alice to arrive soon from Los Angeles, where she has been employed. Looking forward to an expected expect-ed white Christmas is Miss Pat Gardner who arrived from Logan to be with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Karl Gardner. |
