Show Bank Directors Vote Dividend For 200 Stockholders A dividend of 60 cents per share was voted by the Board of Directors of the State Bank of Southern Utah, Cedar City, in their regular December meeting. Warren Bulloch, president, indicated indi-cated that some 200 stockholders held 13,300 shares of stock in the institution. The dividend will be paid to stockholders of record as of Dec. 31, 1961. Mr. Bulloch said that "almost without exception, owners own-ers of the institution are local citizens, we are a local business." He continued, "We are happy for the faith and support of our r friends and patrons in making this continued growth and progress pro-gress possible." Dividend checks will be issued is-sued at the annual stockholder's meeting Monday, January 8 at 7:30 p. m. in the bank building. Other items on tho agenda include in-clude selection of the board of directors and other important bank business matters, according accord-ing to Mr. Bulloch. |
