Jaycee Booster Recognized for Contributions Over the years probably no one person in Cedar City has supported the Cedar City Junior Chamber of Commerce and its projects more than Mrs. Charles Lundgren. Each year, faithfully, a cash contribution is received by the Jaycees from Mrs. Lundrgen to support the Christmas Lighting project. This year, a contribution contribu-tion was received in the amount of $100. In recognition of this continued support, members of this year's Jaycee Christmas activities made a special visit to the Lundgren home to present her with a beautiful beau-tiful poinsetta plant to let her know how much her support is appreciated. Saturday as a part of the Jaycee Jay-cee Christmas activities, this gift was present with Santa Claus, in company with committee members, visiting the Lundgren home. On hand were Santa Claus, co-chairmen of the Christmas Lighting program, Richard Cripps and Joe Melling, and Con Smith, board advisor. |
