Chamber of Commerce Bestows Honorary And Life Memberships The board of directors of the Cedar City Chamber of Commerce at its meeting Monday approved two life memberships In the civic organization, and .23 honorary memberships for the , current year-' Parley Dalley and William Flanigan were honored with life memberships. Mr. Dalley's recognition recog-nition came as the result of long years of Important contributions in the field of education. Mr. Flanigan was honored as the result re-sult of his persistent promotion of Cedar City and unusual scenic attractions in the vicinity of the city, particularly for the promotion promo-tion of the Zion canyon narrows trek as an annual attraction.
