Show Provo Social Security Representative Addresses Kiwanians Bill Feldhauser, representative of the Social Security administration administra-tion from the Richfield office, was the featured speaker at the regular meeting of the Kiwanis CJub of Cedar City Monday. In his presentation to the Kiwanians Ki-wanians Mr. Feldhauser discussed discuss-ed the Social Security program in detail. He told who is affected affect-ed by the program and how. In adition he discussed survivors' benefits, including maximum and minimum benefits. Following, a discussion was held, based on questions from the audience and answers by Mr. Feldhauser. At the meeting club president Rymal Williams announced that Dean Smith had been appointed by the board of directors to fill the unexpired term of Blaine Standifird, as a member of the board of directors. Standifird has been transferred to Provo. Plans were ajso announced for the training meeting of the club to be held next Mondaly evening. Not a regular meeting, it will not be a dinner meeting, president elect Frank Milne announced. However, all club members have been encouraged to attend. Installation of newly elected officers wilj take the place of the regular meeting and will be held Tuesday evening, Dec. 13. Wives will be invited to attend. The installation will be conducted conduct-ed by Lt. Governor Thorlt Hatch of Helper. |
