Show Former Resident Succumbs After Long Illness Mr. and Mrs. Morton C. Walker were called to Las Vegas, Nev., this week because of the death of their daughter, Edith "Teddy" Hainse, 37, Mrs. Haines died at her home in Las Vegas at noon Sunday following a lengthy illness. ill-ness. Funeral services were conducted conduct-ed Tuesday afternoon in the LDS First Ward chapel by Bishop Dewey Solomon. Mrs. Haines was born In Cedar I City on April 5, 1916, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Morton Walker who survive her. She is also survived sur-vived by her husband. John (Haines; a son, John Paul, 16, and a daughter, Lorraine, eight; three j brothers, Johnny and Phil Walker, Walk-er, San Francisco, and Kent i Walker Oaklatid, Calif., and a sister, Mrs. Mildred Reese, Las Vegas. I She resided in Cedar City and Summit until her marriage to Mr. Haines, and since that time she has resided In Nevada. |
