Show Men's Happiness Depends on Destiny Choice Watchtower Official Tells Throng of Listeners More than 300 Jehovah's Wit-nesse Wit-nesse and people of Cedar City attended the main Bible dis- course "What Is Your Destiny?" given by special traveling minister minis-ter and watchtower official Nick-olas Nick-olas Kovalak, Jr., at the C S U auditorium last Sunday afternoon. after-noon. All that science has done toward bringing forth advance In medical medi-cal science and invention is fine, still its first call is for instruments instru-ments of destruction." he said, "the people have poverty, pov-erty, wars, accidents, violent deaths to look forward to. No economical security, nothing sta ble, nothing sure. On the other hand for others It Is a life of riches, power, wild living and having no respect for righteous principles." Kovalak further stated: stat-ed: "Someone has called this the ulcer age.' " "We must fix our own destiny now," Kovalak continued. "God offers man only two choices, life or a cutting off of life. There is no such thing as being on the fence or half-way. 'He that is not with me is against me,' said Christ Jesus." In addition to this he said: "It Is the true worship of God in harmony with the Bible that will unite the people and help us decide de-cide whether our destiny Is life in peace and happiness on the paradise earth or non-existence. |
