Special Deer Hunt Permit Holders Are 20 Successful Game Warden S. M. Clark who was in charge of the special deer hunt last week end reports that 28 of the 150 permit holders got their deer during the two day I hunt. This was the first of four ;week end hunts for which per-jmits per-jmits were sold early in the fall. The remaining permit holders (will have three more week ends I in which to get their deer, Mr. Clark states, with the hunting I area reaching around the lower ranges from Little Creek to Winn's canyon. During these special hunts all persons holding permits are ordered or-dered to check in and out of the j hunting area. In the last week lend hunt Mr. Clark maintained 'the checking station at Sam Whitney's Texaco station in Par-wan. Par-wan. Hunters must check in and also out whether they get their deer or not. The future hunts will be held in the same area Mr. Clark says and will be staged on the next three Saturdays and Sundays.
