Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate appropri-ate water In Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, and all locations being from SLB&M, unless otherwise designated: desig-nated: To Change: a-2737 Zuckerman Farms Co. P. O. Box 630. Stockton, Calif, proposes pro-poses to change the point of diversion di-version and place of use of 5 se . ft. of water, as evidenced by Application Ap-plication No. 16418. The water was to have been diverted from a 16-in. well 400 ft. deep at a point N. 30 ft. and E. 90 ft. from W'i Cor. Sec.' 21, T3GS, R16W. and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate ir-rigate 160 acres of land embraced in NWtt said Sec. 21. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 5 sec. ft. of water from the same well, which is actually located lo-cated at a point S 98.0 ft. and V. 2589 ft. from SE Cor.'Sec. 17. T3GS, R1GW, and use to irrigate 141.3 acres of land embraced in SE'i said Sc. 17. a-2738 Zuckerman Farms Co., P. O. Box 630, Stockton, Calif, proposes to change the points of diversion of 10 sec. ft. of water, as evidenced by Application No. 14197. The water was to have been diverted from four 16-in wells, 398 ft., 381 ft., 419 ft. and 401 ft. deep, respectively, at points and in amounts as follows: fol-lows: (1) W. 2G10 ft from EU Cor. Sec. 31 2.5 sec. ft.; (2) N. 20 ft. and W. 20 ft. from EM Cor. Sec. 31 2.5 sec. ft.; (3) N. 20 ft. and E. 2640 ft. from EVi Cor. Sec. 31 - 2.5 sec. ft.; (4) N. 20 ft and W. 1360 ft. from WU Cor. Sec. 33 2.5 sec. ft., all In T36S, R16W, and used as a supplemental supply sup-ply from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 1880 acres of land embraced em-braced In W'i, WViNE'4, SE'i Sec. 29; E',2, E'iNW'i, SWU Sec. 30; E'.i; E'iNW'4, SW'4 Sec. 31; W'i, W'iNE'i Sec. 32, T363, R16W, and for year-round incidental inci-dental domestic and stock-watering purposes. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 10-sec. ft of water from the same wells, which are actually located at points and in amounts as follows: (1) N. 90 ft. and W. 2541 ft. from E',4 Cor. Sec. 31 2.5 sec. ft.; (2) N. 51 ft. and W. 161 ft. from E'4 Cor. Sec. 31 . 2.5 sec. ft.; (3) S. 89.5 ft and VV. 1265.1 ft. from N'4 Cor. Sec. 31 2.5 sec. ft.; (4) N. 68 ft. and W. 547 ft from W!4 Cor. Sec. 33 2.5 sec. ft., all in T36S, R16W. The water will be used during the same period and on the , same lands for the same purposes as heretofore. a-2739 Zuckerman Farms Co., P. O. Box 630, Stockton, Calif, proposes to change the points of diversion and place of use of 15 sec. ft. of water, as evidenced by Application No. 16189. The water was to have been diverted from three 16-ln. wells, 381 ft., 381 ft. and 398 ft. deep respectively, at points and in amounts as follows: fol-lows: (1) S. 70 ft. and W. 20 tt. from E'4 Cor. Sec. 29; (2) E. 1310 ft. from WU Cor. Sec. 30; (3) W. 1300 ft. from EV4 Cor. Sec. 30, all in T3GS, R16W. A maximum of 6 sec. ft. will be pumped from any of the three wells but not more than a tetal of 15 sec. ft. at any one time from all of the wells combined. The water wilT" be commingled and used as a supplemental supply from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 1000 acres of land embraced in WHNWU. NE4 Sec. 30, N4 Sec. 29, Sees. 19 and 20, T36S, R16W. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 15 sec. ft. of water from the same wells, which are actually located at points and in amounts as follows: (1) S 70 ft. and W. 20 ft. from EVi Cor. Sec. 29; (2) S. 89.4 ft. and E. 1589.5 ft. from W4 Cor. Sec. 30; (3) S. 26 ft. and W. 1211 ft. from EU Cor. Sec. 30, all in T36S, R16W. A maximum of 6 sec. ft. will be pumped from any of the three wells, but not more than a total of 15 sec. ft. at any one time from all of the wells combined. The water will be commingled in use and used as a supplemental supply sup-ply from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 to irrigate ir-rigate 1000 acres of land embraced em-braced in Sec.. 19, 20, NH Sec. 29, NE'4, EHNWV4 Sec. 30, T36S, R16W. a-2740 Zuckerman Farms Co., P. O. Box 630, Stockton, Calif, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 5 sec. ft. of water, as evidenced by Application No. 16416. The water was to have been diverted from a 16-in. well 393 ft. deep at a point S. 30 ft. and E. 30 ft. from N M Cor. Sec. 20, T36S, R16W, and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 160 acres of land em-braeed em-braeed in SE4 Sec. 17, T36S, R16W. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 5 sec. ft. of water from the same well, which is actually located lo-cated at a point N. 447.5 ft. and W. 1280 ft. from SV4 Cor. Sec. 31. T36S, R16W, and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 133.1 acres of land embraced in SW54NEV4. SEttNWVi, EttSWU, NWKSEtt Sec. 31, T36S, R16W. a -2741 Zuckerman Farms Co., P. O. Box 630, Stockton, Calif, proposes to change the point of diversion of 5 sec. ft. of water, as evidenced by Application No. 16415. The water was to have been diverted from a 16-ln. well 401 ft. deep a. a point S 30 ft. and E 30 ft. from NK Cor. Sec. 2?, T36S, R16W. and use from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 160 acres of land embraced in SE4 Sec. 20, T36S, R16W. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 5 sec. ft. of water from the same well, which is actually located lo-cated at a point S. 35 ft. and W. 1280 ft. from N',4 Cor. Sec. 29, T36S, R16W, and use during the same period and on the same land for the same purpose as heretofore. To Appropriate: 21819 John S. Hamilton, 129 N 800 W. St., Cedar City, Ut.; 3 sec. ft. for irrigation use from a 16-in. well bet. 250 and 300 ft. deep at a point S. 1550 ft. and W. 25 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 36, T36S, R12W. The water will be used as a supplemental supply from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 to irrigate irri-gate 100 acres of land embraced in NE4 Sec. 36, T36S, R12W, and part of Lot 3, Sec. 1, T37S, R12W, and for year-round incidental domestic and stock-watering purposes. pur-poses. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications, applica-tions, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit' form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before December 26, 1953.
