Show Sheridan Fiack Gets Promotion To Chief Engineer Sheridan Flack, district engineer engi-neer for the Utah State Road Commission, was one of two engineers en-gineers in the state to receive a promotion In a shift In personnel this past week. Flack has been appointed, effective July 1, as one of two chief construction engineers en-gineers for the commission working work-ing out of Salt Lake City. Flack, a long time resident of Cedar City, will move to Salt Lake City, it Is understood. The other chief engineer promoted pro-moted by the commission is John B. Skewes, former district engineer engi-neer with headquarters at Richfield. Rich-field. He will also work out of the main offices In Salt Lake City. Fiack and Skewes will be responsible re-sponsible for all road construction construc-tion throughout the state. Flack's territory will Include districts 2, 3 and 5, comprising Tooele, Davis, part of Summit, Salt Lake, Kane, Garfield, part of Wayne, Ti'ute, Sevier, Sanpete, part of Emery, Juab, Millard, Beaver, Iron and Washington counties. Skewes' terrltlory comprises districts 1, 4 and 6. The third change In the commission's com-mission's engineering posts will be promoting of Lonny D. Herron from resident engineer at Salina to district engineer at Richfield to succeed Skewes. |
