Show B P W Members Plan Convention Attendance Discussion of and planning for the state B P W convention to be held at Beaver on June 17, 18 and 19, took up most of the time of the local club at its regular meeting Wednesday night. Arrangements were made for transportation and lodging for members who wish to attend and Mrs. Ellen Bulloch, president, urged the members to make a special effort to be there. Invitations from the Reno club to help make the regional convention con-vention in that city in July one of the biggest and finest, was read at the meeting Wednesday. Also a letter and pamphlets from the Honolulu organization bid ding for the 1957 regional convention con-vention was read and discussed. Mrs. Candice Ewing, program co-ordinator, gave a resume of the year's work and complimented compli-mented the club on its well rounded program. The group was enthusiastic over a review of the book "Gali-leana" "Gali-leana" by Frank Slauchter, given giv-en by Mrs. Ewing. |
