Show Municipal Swimming Pool Opened For Summer Months After repeated delays because of cold weather the Cedar City municipal mu-nicipal swimming pool has been opened and youngsters of the community and some adults are already making good use of it. Wallace Osnorne, pool manager, man-ager, states that the same opening open-ing hours and use regulations will be in effect this year that have been for the past several years. The pool will be open from 2 to 9 p. m. each week day and from 2 to 5:30 p. m. on Sundays. Admission prices will be the same as last year, or 15 cents for children and 30 cents for adults until 6 p. m. each day and 40 cents per person after 6 p. m. Season tickets will again be offered this year, with very reasonable rea-sonable rates offered to season ticket holders, both Individually and for families. Mr. Osborne has the season tickets available and any person or family who plans to use the pool frequently would do well to check on season ticket tic-ket prices and regulations. Swimming classes will again be offered this summer. Mr. Os-I Os-I borne states, but will not be started probably before sometime next week after organization of the staff can be completed. Free swimming lessons will be offered from 10 a. m. until 12 noon each day, with the schedule of classes to be announced in the near future. fu-ture. A day for bovs and one for girls from outside out-side of Cedar Cltv will also be scheduled, as will a dav for adult Instruction, Mr. Osborne says. |
