Show Cedar Legion Post Plans Fall Activities The proposed installation of' the new officers for the Cedar Post No. 74 of the American Legion Le-gion was not held last Monday, because of the absence of Wells Starley, Fillmore, district commander. com-mander. A business meeting was held however, and it was decided to hold the installation within the next two weeks. Plans were also made for the big lamb barbecue which is to be held Tuesday, October 11, at the Doug Clark ranch on Web. ster Flat. Everything is free, according to the committee, and all veterans, vet-erans, American Legion members mem-bers or not, are invited to attend at-tend the function. Arrows will show the way to the ranch up Cedar canyon. Transportation is being furnished by contacting L. C. Miles. The party begins at 4 p. m. ' Plans are also being organized organiz-ed for the Deer Hunters' Ball, which is scheduled for the night of Thursday, October 20.
