Show KAtJARRA Mr. and Mrs. Noel Williams have enjoyed visits from three of their sons during the week, Mr. and Mrs. Fosh Williams and son of Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Williams of Cedar City, who have moved to California Cali-fornia where Douglas will enter school, and Brice, who is home on leave from the Navy. Bishop and Mrs. Elton Stout and Mrs. Cloyd Berry attended conference in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Elda Fife and children of Cedar City spent Sunday with her mother, Mrs. Hannah A. Davis. A wedding reception was held Saturday, October 1 in the ward chapel for Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Williams, who were married September Sep-tember 17. Mr. and Mrs. Gus Pingle of California were week end visitors visit-ors here. Mrs. Delila Davis and children visited with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Wood of Las Vegas over the week end. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Davis and son David, spent a day at the State Fair in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Edith Larson of Ogden, visited here with hor ctctor M Hazel Davies this week. Mrs. Mina Piatt is spending a few days in Toquerville with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Gus Slack and family. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Dalton and faimly of Parowan are here with Mrs. Dalton's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Henry Williams. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Dockstader and family have been here sev. eral days with Mrs. Dockstader's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Reeves. Mrs. Lalif Wood and small daughter spent a few days last week in Sevier county with her husband, who had employment there. The opening social of the M. I. .A was held September 27. The Stake officers were in attendance. |
