Show Four Region Six Teams in Race for Title; Redmen Have Crucial Two-week Series As the district six high school football race swings into the last two weeks of play, four teams, Millard. Cedar, Kanab and Del-la, Del-la, remain in the race for the district title. Millard, however, Is holding down first place, and will probably remain there un-, til the final game of the sea-j son. when the Eagles travel to Cedar for the game that may decide de-cide the championship. This week the Cedar Redmen tangle with the Hurricane Typhoons Ty-phoons in a game to be played at Hurricane Thursday night. While a lough battle is expected expect-ed the Redmen are favored to turn in a victory and keep their slate clean except for the last week tie with Kanab. In other games, Beaver will play at Fillmore, with the Millard Mil-lard team odds on favorites to win. Kanab will play Dixie at St. George, and Milford will play the Rabbits at Delta, with Delta and Kanab favored to win. Paro-wan Paro-wan will play at Hinckley nnd both will be seeking their first win. Hinckley has a tie with Beaver to its credit, but Paro-wan Paro-wan has lost all Its games. If there are no upsets in this week's play the big game of the season will take place in Cedar next week when Cedar entertains Taft Watt's Millard Eagles. 'A victory for Cedar over Hurricane this week and Millard next week would probably place the Red-men Red-men In a tie with Kanab for first .place, since Kanab will be favored fav-ored to will Its two remaining Barnes. A loss to Millard, however, how-ever, will undoubtedly give that team the title and could drop Cedar into fourth place behind Kanab and Delta, since Kanab should beat Dixie and Milford and Delta will be favored to win from Milford and Parowan.
